In a 10 minute drive
you will reach Poggio Imperiale, where you will see Villa di Poggio Imperiale, that dates back to Medici times and lies on the Arcetri hills. You are then only a few minutes from the centre of Florence where you can visit the cathedral and baptistry, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the beautiful Chiesa di Piazza Santa Croce.
You can stroll down the little roads of the old town centre in search of craft and antique book shops that really make Florence special and then stop in one of the region's best restaurants for a T-bone steak.

The Villa is very close to the Chianti area and its typical villages like San Casciano, Greve and Radda in Chianti. Here you can admire Chianti's huge and evocative landscapes, covered in vineyards and woods, that are absolutely unforgettable in autumn when they turn red and orange. There are also the best wine cellars of the area here and you will have the chance to taste the many Chianti wines, maybe along with one of the delicious dishes of the area.
